As a lifelong boxing fan and ex-amateur boxer, I enjoy helping others discover the many benefits that boxing fitness has to offer
I was lucky enough to have been coached by future Olympic Super Heavyweight Gold medallist Audley Harrison to the British Universities Sports Association Welterweight Gold (Novices) back in 1996. My stint in Amateur boxing was one that took me to the Channel Islands to represent The Southern Division of the Western Counties of England and also taught me discipline, respect, humility and how to regroup after a setback, all important lessons for life.
Boxing fitness has, for me, been fun, a means to meet people and a way of helping me release the stresses that everyday life sometimes offers. I’m confident that anyone turning up to one of my boxing fitness sessions with experience the same things.
